" Great experience with Affordable Mobile Mechanics! I filled out the inquiry form late in the day, and I was contacted by the next morning with someone coming out that same day. The mechanic correctly identified the issue (bad idler pulley), but could not get a hold of the correct part - despite the computer system saying they had the right one. After some diligent searching that did take a few days (great communication every step of the way via text and calls), the correct part was ordered from Dallas and installed as soon as possible.

All the costs were explained prior to service being performed, and the very reasonable bill was exactly what was quoted before installation. To top all that off, I just had to drive to work, since they did all portions of the repair in the parking lot.
